Since the start of Russia's full-scale invasion in 2022, Moscow has systematically targeted Ukraine's energy infrastructure. And this year, as the country experiences a particularly cold winter, massive and repeated bombardments have deprived hundreds of thousands of Ukrainians of electricity and heating.
